This one is for all you theatre nerds, and just in general lovers of theatre! Recently I attended the Austin Film Festival and saw a live episode of the screenwriting podcast, Scriptnotes. Pamela Ribon, Director, Writer, Producer, participated in this episode and told us about her new documentary One Act. This is a fascinating theatre competition that takes place in Texas high schools yearly, and will be celebrating 100 years. She mentioned she’s raising funds on the website. I declined to give that night because she was also going to be one of my judges for the pitch competition I was in the very next day. After I wasn’t chosen for the pitch, I told Pamela that now I can donate to the cause, and she thanked me. Enjoy the trailer of One Act!
